Here, we present a novel 3D cell patterning and culture platform. The “Floor‐Ceiling‐Chip” (FC‐Chip) consists of two opposing track‐etched membranes, creating a pseudo‐3D microenvironment for the cells in between. By providing the membranes with micropatterned cell‐adhesive islands of varying geometries and sizes, the FC‐Chip enables control over cell ...

Proof of Goldbach’s Conjecture and Bertrand’s Postulate Using Prime Generator Theory (PGT)
Goldbach’s Conjecture states every even integer n > 2 can be written as the sum of 2 primes, while Bertrand’s Postulate states for each n ≥ 2 there is at least one prime p such that n < p < 2n. I show both are essentially statements on the primes distribution, and their inherent properties when modeled and understood as the residues of modular

Engineered microparticle topographies direct human mesenchymal stem cell osteogenesis without biochemical additives. This osteogenic commitment is driven by canonical Hedgehog signaling and followed by temporal IGF‐II engagement. Two‐photon polymerization demonstrates spatial control, enabling the engineering of topographical gradients that pattern ...

Pre-service teachers' perceptions of generic proofs in elementary number theory
In this paper, we present our concept of the usage of four different types of proofs to engage students in the proving process: the generic proof (with numbers), the generic proof in the context of figurate numbers, the so-called "formal proof" , and the proof in the context of figurate numbers using "geometric variables".

This research shows the development of hydrogels with Diels‐Alder click chemistry for engineering cartilage‐like tissue. The hydrogels support cartilage spheroids which could be cultured for at least 28 days. Furthermore, the spheroids showed a tendency to fuse together into a more consistent construct, and produced important components needed for ...

Wound closure is governed by geometry‐orientation coupling: aligned fibers speed migration along their axis but hinder perpendicular advance. In vivo diabetic wound experiments with composition‐matched fibrin, combined with an anisotropic diffusion (biased random‐walk) model, quantify this trade‐off and generate a healing landscape.

Generalized Exponential (Euler-Type) Inequalities: Theory, Proofs, and Applications
This paper introduces a universal framework for generalized exponential (Euler-type) inequalities, extending classical results such as Jensen’s and the Arithmetic-Geometric Mean (AM-GM) inequalities. We provide a comprehensive mathematical formulation, rigorous proofs, special cases, and discuss applications in sequence symmetry, topological dynamics ...

Ionizable lipid nanoparticles target multiple pathological pathways in neurodegeneration. The designed self‐assembled materials undergo a pH‐triggered structural transformation from a cubosome/hexosome coexistence to a hexosome phase, enhancing intracellular delivery of a multi‐target phytochemical formulation. The antioxidant‐loaded pH‐responsive LNPs
