Properties of Gravitational Waves in Cosmological General Relativity [PDF]
The 5D Cosmological General Relativity theory developed by Carmeli reproduces all of the results that have been successfully tested for Einstein's 4D theory. However the Carmeli theory because of its fifth dimension, the velocity of the expanding universe, predicts something different for the propagation of gravity waves on cosmological distance scales.

Об описательных свойствах космологической модели Эйнштейна [PDF]
The analysis of philosophical contents of such categories in the General Relativity as gravitation and inertia has been performed. Shortcomings of the geometric interpretation of physical interactions have been considered.

Pyknons: A Suggestion for Rebranding Black Holes
‘Black hole’ is the denomination of the most extreme prediction of the General Theory of Relativity made popular by J. A. Wheeler in the late sixties of the twentieth century, having now entered widely into the collective imagination.

Einstein and Beyond: A Critical Perspective on General Relativity
An alternative approach to Einstein’s theory of General Relativity (GR) is reviewed, which is motivated by a range of serious theoretical issues inflicting the theory, such as the cosmological constant problem, presence of non-Machian solutions, problems

Are General Relativity and Teleparallel Gravity Theoretically Equivalent?
Teleparallel gravity shares many qualitative features with general relativity, but differs from it in the following way: whereas in general relativity, gravitation is a manifestation of spacetime curvature, in teleparallel gravity, spacetime is (always)

Optical simulation of various phenomena in curved space on photonic chips
Transformation optics have been an essential paradigm to manipulate electromagnetic waves on the subwavelength scale and have brought various functional photonic architectures into integrated photonic chips. On the other hand, in the spirit of analogical

Change in Hamiltonian General Relativity from the Lack of a Time-like Killing Vector Field [PDF]
In General Relativity in Hamiltonian form, change has seemed to be missing, defined only asymptotically, or otherwise obscured at best, because the Hamiltonian is a sum of first-class constraints and a boundary term and thus supposedly generates gauge ...

Erich Kretschmann as a Proto-Logical-Empiricist: Adventures and Misadventures of the Point-Coincidence Argument [PDF]
The present paper attempts to show that a 1915 article by Erich Kretschmann must be credited not only for being the source of Einstein’s point-coincidence remark, but also for having anticipated the main lines of the logical-empiricist interpretation of ...
