ABSTRACT Aim Climate change is altering species distributions globally, but predicting the impacts on assemblages and their spatial overlaps under future scenarios remains an ongoing challenge. Here, we explore how climate change influences distributions among two interacting assemblages.

From cells to pixels: A decision tree for designing bioimage analysis pipelines
Abstract Bioimaging has transformed our understanding of biological processes, yet extracting meaningful information from complex datasets remains a challenge, particularly for biologists without computational expertise. This paper proposes a simple general approach, to help identify which image analysis methods could be relevant for a given image ...

A suture in time: The ontogeny of cranial suture morphology in mammals
Mammal cranial sutures are important indicators of the biomechanical and developmental pressures acting upon the skull. Across three prominent sutures dividing the vault of the mammalian skull, divergent patterns emerge both taxonomically and developmentally.

ABSTRACT This study reports the results of a systematic literature review on auctions mechanism. Auctions are a very popular practice employed in many fields but does not exist a research that investigates the use of auctions under a cross‐disciplinary approach. This work is focused on analyzing which are the areas where auctions are mostly adopted and

Estimating National and Foreign Trade Elasticities Using Generalized Transport Costs
ABSTRACT We introduce the definition of two distinct trade elasticities corresponding to imports from regions located in the same country (national elasticities) and foreign regions located in other countries (foreign elasticities). We resort to a three‐tier nested CES utility structure to derive the corresponding demand gravity equations.

Shadows and Donuts: The Work‐From‐Home Revolution and The Performance of Cities
ABSTRACT In this article, we set out the relationships between the behavioral and spatial responses to working from home. The analytical framework centres explicitly on the choice of commuting frequency as the key decision‐making variable that endogenously reshapes the relationships between other spatial and nonspatial variables as a result of the work‐
