A Generative Framework of Generativity
Several frameworks exist to describe how procedural content can be understood, or how it can be used in games. In this paper, we present a framework that considers generativity as a pipeline of successive data transformations, with each transformation either generating, transforming, or pruning away information. This framework has been iterated through

Generic Generic Programming [PDF]
Generic programming (GP) is a form of abstraction in programming languages that serves to reduce code duplication by exploiting the regular structure of algebraic datatypes. Over the years, several different approaches to GP in Haskell have surfaced. These approaches are often similar, but certain differences make them particularly well-suited for one ...

Fractional generalizations of rodrigues-type formulas for laguerre functions in function spaces [PDF]
Generalized Laguerre polynomials, Ln(α), verify the well-known Rodrigues’ formula. Using Weyl and Riemann–Liouville fractional calculi, we present several fractional generalizations of Rodrigues’ formula for generalized Laguerre functions and polynomials.

Module theory, extending modules and generalizations
The main focus of this monograph is to offer a comprehensive presentation of known and new results on various generalizations of CS-modules and CS-rings. Extending (or CS) modules are generalizations of injective (and also semisimple or uniform) modules.

ABSTRACT Primary lung carcinomas and bronchial carcinoid tumors (BC) are very rare malignancies in childhood. While typical BC and mucoepidermoid carcinomas are mostly low‐grade, localized tumors with a more favorable prognosis than in adults, necessitating avoidance of overtreatment, adenocarcinomas of the lung are often diagnosed at advanced disease ...

Generics Articulate Default Generalizations [PDF]
Generic sentences express generalizations about kinds, such as “tigers are striped,” “ducks lay eggs,” and “ticks carry Lyme disease.” I present and review emerging evidence from adults and children that suggests that generics articulate cognitively ...

ABSTRACT Pediatric gastroenteropancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms (GEP‐NENs) are extremely rare and clinically heterogeneous. Management has largely been extrapolated from adult practice. This European Standard Clinical Practice Guideline (ESCP), developed by the EXPeRT network in collaboration with adult NEN experts, provides (adult) evidence ...

ABSTRACT Background PIK3CA‐related overgrowth spectrum (PROS) includes several rare overgrowth disorders resulting from somatic gain‐of‐function mutations in PIK3CA. Despite treatment advances, including the recent approval of alpelisib for PROS in the United States, literature detailing the patient experience with PROS is limited.
