On Generalized Moduli of Quasi-Banach Space

open access: yesJournal of Function Spaces, 2018
We shall discuss three generalized moduli such as generalized modulus of convexity, modulus of smoothness, and modulus of Zou-Cui of quasi-Banach spaces and give some important properties of these moduli.

Properties of Generalized Modulus of Smoothness and Generalized Modulus of Convexity

open access: yesJournal of Harbin University of Science and Technology, 2020
Based on the definitions of generalized modulus of smoothness, the relation between generalized modulus of smoothness and t in the Banach spaces is studied, which proves three equivalent conditions of uniform normal structure and four equivalent ...

Some Topics In Generalized Convexity : Non-Convex Programming with Variational Inequalities

open access: yes, 2010
Generalized convexity is of great importance in the area of optimization, management sciences, economics and operations research. Generalized convexity is now considered as independent branch of mathematics with wide range of applications.

Taming Flexibility: Synergistic Pore and Polarity Engineering in a MOF for High‐Efficiency Xe/Kr Separation

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Through a mixed‐ligand strategy that precisely regulates pore size and framework polarity, the Xe adsorption behavior is transformed from flexible to near‐rigid. ZIF‐7‐Cl(20) achieves sensitive recognition, efficient capture, and high selectivity for Xe, enabling high‐efficiency separation from Xe/Kr mixtures.

Hardware‐Attentive Programmable Fourier Ptychography Enables Task‐Adaptive Label‐Free Virtual Staining

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Task‐adaptive programmable optics enables label‐free virtual staining through optical‐attention‐guided acquisition and reconstruction. By optimizing wavelength, illumination angle, exposure time, and imaging depth, the framework learns task‐relevant optical measurements, generating clinically interpretable virtual stains with improved fidelity, non ...

Notes on the Schur-convexity of the Extended Mean Values

open access: yes, 2002
In this article, the Schur-convexities of the weighted arithmetic mean of function and the extended mean values are proved. Moreover, some inequalities involving the arithmetic mean, the harmonic mean, the logarithmic mean, and comparison between the ...

Generalized Relative Interiors and Generalized Convexity in Infinite-Dimensional Spaces

open access: yes
This paper focuses on investigating generalized relative interior notions for sets in locally convex topological vector spaces with particular attentions to graphs of set-valued mappings and epigraphs of extended-real-valued functions.

Generalized conditions for starlikeness and convexity of certain analytic functions [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
For analytic functions f(z) in the open unit disk U with f (0) = 0 and f '(0) = 1, Nunokawa et al. (Turk J Math 34, 333-337, 2010) have shown some conditions for starlikeness and convexity of f(z).
