Remote Monitoring in Myasthenia Gravis: Exploring Symptom Variability

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background Myasthenia gravis (MG) is a rare, autoimmune disorder characterized by fluctuating muscle weakness and potential life‐threatening crises. While continuous specialized care is essential, access barriers often delay timely interventions. To address this, we developed MyaLink, a telemedical platform for MG patients.

Real‐World Performance of CSF Kappa Free Light Chains in the 2024 McDonald Criteria

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Kappa free light chains (KFLCs) in the cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) have a similar performance to CSF‐restricted oligoclonal bands (OCB) for multiple sclerosis (MS) diagnosis. To help with implementation, we set out to resolve several remaining uncertainties: (1) performance in a real‐world cohort and the 2024 McDonald criteria; (2 ...

Characterization generalized derivations of tensor products of nonassociative algebras

open access: yesDemonstratio Mathematica
Consider A{\mathcal{A}} and ℬ{\mathcal{ {\mathcal B} }} to be nonassociative unital algebras. Under the assumption that either one of them has finite dimensions or that both are finite dimensions, a generalized derivation is an additive map ℱ:A→A ...

Development of a Prediction Model for Progression Risk in High‐Grade Gliomas Based on Habitat Radiomics and Pathomics

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To investigate the value of constructing models based on habitat radiomics and pathomics for predicting the risk of progression in high‐grade gliomas. Methods This study conducted a retrospective analysis of preoperative magnetic resonance (MR) images and pathological sections from 72 patients diagnosed with high‐grade gliomas (52 ...

Generalized Derivations With Left Annihilator Conditions in Prime and Semiprime Rings

open access: yesDiscussiones Mathematicae - General Algebra and Applications, 2017
Let R be a prime ring with its Utumi ring of quotients U, C = Z(U) be the extended centroid of R, H and G two generalized derivations of R, L a noncentral Lie ideal of R, I a nonzero ideal of R.

Clinical Spectrum and Outcomes of SOX1 Antibody‐Associated Paraneoplastic Neurological Syndromes: A Chinese Cohort Study

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background SOX1 antibody‐positive paraneoplastic neurological syndromes (PNS) exhibit significant population‐specific clinical heterogeneity. While Western cohorts predominantly manifest Lambert‐Eaton myasthenic syndrome (65%–80%), comprehensive clinical characterization and treatment response data in Asian populations remain critically ...

On certain identities of generalized derivations of semirings with involution

open access: yesҚарағанды университетінің хабаршысы. Математика сериясы
MA-semirings form a proper subclass of inverse semirings that properly contains both the class of rings and the class of distributive lattices with the least element.

Generalized Derivative and Generalized Continuity

open access: yesTatra Mountains Mathematical Publications, 2019
Abstract The main objective of this article is to show that generalized differentiation can be understood as a process of comparing functions and their generalized continuity properties. We show it by working with generalized notions of derivative and continuity. The article covers wide range of types of generalized continuity.

Remote Assessment of Ataxia Severity in SCA3 Across Multiple Centers and Time Points

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Spinocerebellar ataxia type 3 (SCA3) is a genetically defined ataxia. The Scale for Assessment and Rating of Ataxia (SARA) is a clinician‐reported outcome that measures ataxia severity at a single time point. In its standard application, SARA fails to capture short‐term fluctuations, limiting its sensitivity in trials.
