On the generalized Fourier transform
In this paper, we introduce the theory of a generalized Fourier transform in order to solve differential equations with a generalized fractional derivative, and we state its main properties. In particular, we obtain the new corresponding convolution, inverse and Plancherel formulas, and Hausdorff–Young type inequality.

A Generalization of the Fast Fourier Transform
IEEE Transactions on Computers, 1970A procedure for factoring of the N×N matrix representing the discrete Fourier transform is presented which does not produce shuffled data. Exactly one factor is produced for each factor of N, resulting in a fast Fourier transform valid for any N. The factoring algorithm enables the fast Fourier transform to be implemented in general with four nested ...

Generalized Fourier Transforms
1988In the process of specifying and modelling data structures for wide classes of real-time applications (signal-processing, pattern recognition, communications engineering) it has become a helpful tool to choose these structures as algebras which allow a group of automorphisms acting on the set of data.
