A generalized Gronwall inequality and its application to a fractional differential equation

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 2007
The authors prove a statement about a Gronwall type inequality in the following form. Let \(\beta >0, a(t)\) be a nonnegative function locally integrable on \([0,T), \;T\leq\infty\), and \(g(t)\) be a nonnegative nondecreasing bounded continuous function on \([0,T)\).

Generalized Gronwall inequalities and their applications to fractional differential equations [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2013
In this paper, we provide several generalizations of the Gronwall inequality and present their applications to prove the uniqueness of solutions for fractional differential equations with various derivatives.MSC:26A33, 34A08.

On generalized fractional operators and a gronwall type inequality with applications

open access: yesFilomat, 2017
In this paper, we obtain the Gronwall type inequality for generalized fractional operators unifying Riemann-Liouville and Hadamard fractional operators. We apply this inequality to the dependence of the solution of differential equations, involving generalized fractional derivatives, on both the order and the initial conditions.

Criteria for existence of solutions for a Liouville–Caputo boundary value problem via generalized Gronwall’s inequality

open access: yesJournal of Inequalities and Applications, 2021

Linear generalizations of Gronwall’s inequality [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1976
A variety of linear generalizations of Gronwall's inequality, including recent multivariable results of D. R. Snow and E. C. Young, are subsumed and extended by simple arguments involving the resolvent kernel of the integral operator.

Finite-time stability of q-fractional damped difference systems with time delay

open access: yesAIMS Mathematics, 2021
In this paper, we investigate and obtain a new discrete q-fractional version of the Gronwall inequality. As applications, we consider the existence and uniqueness of the solution of q-fractional damped difference systems with time delay.

Some Existence and Dependence Criteria of Solutions to a Fractional Integro-Differential Boundary Value Problem via the Generalized Gronwall Inequality

open access: yes, 2021
The main intention of the present research study is focused on the analysis of a Caputo fractional integro-differential boundary problem (CFBVP) in which the right-hand side of supposed differential equation is represented as a sum of two nonlinear terms.
