Pyroptosis‐Inducing Engineered Microparticles for Cancer Immunotherapy
Engineered microparticles co‐delivering geldanamycin and dual nanobodies induce targeted pyroptosis and block PD‐L1 and CD47 pathways, reprogramming the tumor microenvironment and achieving potent antitumor immunity in lung cancer models with minimal toxicity.

Connection Problem for the Generalized Hypergeometric Function
We solve connection problem between fundamental solutions at singular points $0$ and $1$ for the generalized hypergeometric function, using analytic continuation of the integral representation. All connection coefficients are products of the sine and the cosecant.

Multicanonical distribution: Statistical equilibrium of multiscale systems
A multicanonical formalism is introduced to describe statistical equilibrium of complex systems exhibiting a hierarchy of time and length scales, where the hierarchical structure is described as a set of nested "internal heat reservoirs" with fluctuating

TAX2‐NPs capture extracellular TSP‐1 in the injured liver and promote its macrophage‐mediated autophagic degradation. This process blocks TSP‐1/CD47 signaling, restores VEGFR2‐AKT activity, preserves endothelial function, and mitigates hepatic ischemia‐reperfusion injury.

Dissecting Pirtobrutinib Resistance in Mantle Cell Lymphoma Through Single‐Cell Multi‐Omics
ABSTRACT Pirtobrutinib (PBN), a non‐covalent BTK inhibitor, has been approved by the FDA for relapsed/refractory mantle cell lymphoma (MCL); however, resistance to PBN has been observed. To dissect the molecular dynamics driving PBN resistance, we performed integrative single‐cell multi‐omic profiling (scRNA‐seq, scATAC‐seq, and scDNA‐seq) on ...

An Explanation of Mellin’s 1921 Paper
In 1921 Mellin published a Comptes Rendu paper computing the principal solution of a polynomial using generalized hypergeometric functions of its coefficients. He used an integral transform nowadays bearing his name.

Abstract Objective The pathogenesis of epilepsy is closely associated with neuronal synaptic plasticity. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) can regulate various biological processes by binding to specific sequences on target genes. This study employs bioinformatics, molecular dynamics, and experimental approaches to investigate the mechanism by which MiR‐30a‐5p treats

Abstract Background The molecular mechanisms underlying adaptation to physical exertion and racing stress in horses remain incompletely understood. Peripheral blood transcriptomics offers a minimally invasive method to monitor systemic responses to exercise and identify biomarkers of adaptation or overload. Objectives To evaluate transcriptomic changes
