A Class of Implicit Fractional $\psi$-Hilfer Langevin Equation with Time Delay and Impulse in the Weighted Space

open access: yesCommunications in Advanced Mathematical Sciences
In this paper, the Ulam-Hyers-Rassias stability is discussed and the existence and uniqueness of solutions for a class of implicit fractional $\psi$-Hilfer Langevin equation with impulse and time delay are investigated.

Nonlocal boundary value problems for integro-differential Langevin equation via the generalized Caputo proportional fractional derivative

open access: yesBoundary Value Problems, 2020
Results reported in this paper study the existence and stability of a class of implicit generalized proportional fractional integro-differential Langevin equations with nonlocal fractional integral conditions.

Structure and Dynamics of Ultra‐Low‐Crosslinked Microgels

open access: yesJournal of Polymer Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals the relationship between microgel internal architecture, zero‐shear viscosity, structural relaxation time, and the ability of ultra‐soft colloidal suspensions to remain viscous fluids under overcrowded conditions. This interplay between microgel compressibility and zero‐shear viscosity is further highlighted by a colloid‐polymer ...

Systematic derivation of Generalized Langevin Equations for coarse-graining and bridge-scaling procedures [PDF]

open access: yes, 2020
In many branches of physics, one must often deal with processes involving a huge number of degrees of freedom. Instead of describing the dynamics of each individual of them, one rather wants to characterize the process of interest via a small set of ...

On the environmental modes for the generalized Langevin equation

open access: yesThe Journal of Chemical Physics, 2015
The generalized Langevin equation (GLE) is used widely in molecular science and time series analysis as it offers a convenient low-dimensional description for large systems. There the dynamical effect of the environment interacting with the low-dimensional system is expressed as friction and random force.

Edge‐preserving noise for diffusion models

open access: yesComputer Graphics Forum, EarlyView.
Abstract Classical diffusion models typically rely on isotropic Gaussian noise, treating all regions uniformly and overlooking structural information important for high‐quality generation. We introduce an edge‐preserving diffusion process that generalizes isotropic models via a hybrid noise scheme with an edge‐aware scheduler that smoothly transitions ...

Aptamer‐mediated outer membrane destabilization overcomes low permeability resistance in Pseudomonas aeruginosa

open access: yesThe FEBS Journal, EarlyView.
DNA aptamers, Apt 60 and Apt 173, target the BamA protein to compromise outer membrane integrity in Pseudomonas aeruginosa, making it susceptible to Azithromycin, an antibiotic that is otherwise poorly effective due to the low‐permeability membrane.

When Density Matters: Hydraulic and Salinity Evolution in Groundwater‐Fed Pit Lakes in Semiarid and Arid Climates

open access: yesGroundwater, EarlyView.
Pit lakes in semiarid and arid regions are often assumed to be terminal sinks for groundwater following mine closure. Using synthetic numerical modeling, we demonstrate that evaporation‐driven density gradients can reverse this behavior, transforming pit lakes into throughflow systems and potentially increasing salinity in adjacent aquifers.

Beat‐to‐beat variability of ventricular repolarization reveals sex‐specific instability and proarrhythmic risk

open access: yesThe Journal of Physiology, EarlyView.
Abstract figure legend A mechanistic framework linking sex‐dependent dynamical instability to proarrhythmic risk. Sex‐specific human ventricular models show that upstream modulators, including biological sex, hormones, drugs and heart disease, promote steeper APD restitution in female than male and enhance dynamical instability.

Invariant Measure and Universality of the 2D Yang–Mills Langevin Dynamic

open access: yesCommunications on Pure and Applied Mathematics, Volume 79, Issue 8, Page 1973-2102, August 2026.
ABSTRACT We prove that the Yang–Mills (YM) measure for the trivial principal bundle over the two‐dimensional torus, with any connected, compact structure group, is invariant for the associated renormalised Langevin dynamic. Our argument relies on a combination of regularity structures, lattice gauge‐fixing and Bourgain's method for invariant measures ...
