On the Convergence of Solutions of Certain Third-Order Differential Equations
We establish sufficient conditions for the convergence of solutions of a certain third-order nonlinear differential equations. By constructing a Lyapunov function as the basic tool, some results which exist in the relevant literature are generalized.

In this paper, an impulsive fractional-like system of differential equations is introduced. The notions of practical stability and boundedness with respect to h-manifolds for fractional-like differential equations are generalized to the impulsive case ...

A Corollary for Nonsmooth Systems
In this note, two generalized corollaries to the LaSalle-Yoshizawa Theorem are presented for nonautonomous systems described by nonlinear differential equations with discontinuous right-hand sides.

Geometrical properties of local dynamics in Hamiltonian systems: the Generalized Alignment Index (GALI) method [PDF]
We investigate the detailed dynamics of multidimensional Hamiltonian systems by studying the evolution of volume elements formed by unit deviation vectors about their orbits.

Applications of generalized trigonometric functions with two parameters II
Generalized trigonometric functions (GTFs) are simple generalization of the classical trigonometric functions. GTFs are deeply related to the $p$-Laplacian, which is known as a typical nonlinear differential operator. Compared to GTFs with one parameter,

Generalized Chaotic Synchronizationin Coupled Ginzburg-Landau Equations
Generalized synchronization is analyzed in unidirectionally coupled oscillatory systems exhibiting spatiotemporal chaotic behavior described by Ginzburg-Landau equations. Several types of coupling betweenthe systems are analyzed.

Numerical integration of variational equations
We present and compare different numerical schemes for the integration of the variational equations of autonomous Hamiltonian systems whose kinetic energy is quadratic in the generalized momenta and whose potential is a function of the generalized ...

LP-VIcode: a program to compute a suite of variational chaos indicators [PDF]
An important point in analysing the dynamics of a given stellar or planetary system is the reliable identification of the chaotic or regular behaviour of its orbits.

In this article, we study some Riemann–Hilbert problems with shift on the Lyapunov curve for generalized polyanalytic functions, which are null-solutions of a class of iterated Beltrami equations.

On Spectral Decomposition of States and Gramians of Bilinear Dynamical Systems
The article proves that the state of a bilinear control system can be split uniquely into generalized modes corresponding to the eigenvalues of the dynamics matrix.
