Rigidity of anti‐de Sitter (2+1)‐spacetimes with convex boundary near the Fuchsian locus
Abstract We prove that globally hyperbolic compact anti‐de Sitter (2+1)‐spacetimes with a strictly convex spacelike boundary that is either smooth or polyhedral and whose holonomy is close to Fuchsian are determined by the induced metric on the boundary.

Numerical Analysis of a Benjamin–Bona–Mahony Type Equation in a Noncylindrical Domain
ABSTRACT Numerical analysis and simulation for the approximate solution of a Benjamin–Bona–Mahony type equation defined in a noncylindrical domain are presented in this article. The approximate problem is defined using the linearized Crank–Nicolson Galerkin method, which results in a linear algebraic system at each time step while maintaining quadratic

General features of Bianchi-I cosmological models in Lovelock gravity
We derived equations of motion corresponding to Bianchi-I cosmological models in the Lovelock gravity. Equations derived in the general case, without any specific ansatz for any number of spatial dimensions and any order of the Lovelock correction.

Numerical Integration of Slater Basis Functions Over Prolate Spheroidal Grids
Atom‐centered Slater functions are integrated over a prolate spheroidal grid, allowing the use of larger basis sets in correlated electronic structure computations. ABSTRACT Slater basis functions have desirable properties that can improve electronic structure simulations, but improved numerical integration methods are needed. This work builds upon the

Convolution formula for the sums of generalized Dirichlet L-functions
Using the Kuznetsov trace formula, we prove a spectral decomposition for the sums of generalized Dirichlet $L$-functions. Among applications are an explicit formula relating norms of prime geodesics to moments of symmetric square $L$-functions and an ...

ABSTRACT Cluster randomized controlled trials (CRCTs) are commonly used when interventions are delivered at the group level. Since data from CTCTs are inherently multilevel, methods that properly account for clustering are required. Joint modeling (JM) of longitudinal and survival data allows for simultaneous evaluation of intervention effects on ...

Abstract In this paper a fixed‐point solver for mappings from a simplex into itself that is gradient‐free, global and requires d$d$ function evaluations for halving the error is presented, where d$d$ is the dimension. It is based on topological arguments and uses the constructive proof of the Mazurkewicz–Knaster–Kuratowski lemma when used as part of ...

SU2 Nonstandard Bases: Case of Mutually Unbiased Bases
This paper deals with bases in a finite-dimensional Hilbert space. Such a space can be realized as a subspace of the representation space of SU2 corresponding to an ir- reducible representation of SU2. The representation theory of SU2 is reconsidered via

On a rigidity property for quadratic gauss sums
Abstract Let N$N$ be a large prime and let c>1/4$c > 1/4$. We prove that if f$f$ is a ±1$\pm 1$‐valued multiplicative function, such that the exponential sums Sf(a):=∑1⩽n

Assessment Method for Driving Risk of Heavy‐Duty Trucks at Interchange Ramps
The accident rate of interchange ramps based on investigated Chinese cases is approximately two times higher than that of mainline sections, where losses in human lives and economic costs caused by heavy‐duty truck (HDT) accidents are far greater than those of sedans. Nevertheless, existing risk assessments overlook the coupled effects of human–vehicle–
