Computing Generalized Inverse Systems using Matrix Pencil Methods

open access: yes, 2001
We address the numerically reliable computation of generalized inverses of rational matrices in descriptor state-space representation. We put particular emphasis on two classes of inverses: the weak generalized inverse and the Moore-Penrose pseudoinverse.

CD47 promotes mitogen‐activated protein kinase and epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition molecular programs to drive prometastatic phenotypes in non‐small cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

Paradigmatic well posedness in some generalized characteristic Cauchy problems [PDF]

open access: yes
By means of convenient regularization for an ill posed Cauchy problem, we deï¬ne an associated generalized problem and discuss the conditions for the solvability of it.

Transcriptional profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles from prebiopsy prostate cancer patients

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

Note on solution regularity of the generalized magnetohydrodynamic equations with partial dissipation

open access: yes, 2013
In this brief note we study the n-dimensional magnetohydrodynamic equations with hyper-viscosity and zero resistivity.

Adaptor protein CIN85 potentiates the motility of osteosarcoma cells via the Akt/mTOR and MMP2‐COL3A1 axis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Multidimensional asymptotic spectral analysis and applications [PDF]

open access: yes
This article adresses questions on localization and microlocalization in the framework of the so called (C,E,P)–algebras of generalized functions. We give new results on nonlinear properties of the asymptotic singular spectrum in the multi-parameter case,

Solutions to a class of polynomially generalized Bers–Vekua equations using Clifford analysis [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
summary:In this paper a class of polynomially generalized Vekua–type equations and of polynomially generalized Bers–Vekua equations with variable coefficients defined in a domain of Euclidean space are discussed.

Step Soliton Generalized Solutions of the Shallow Water Equations

open access: yesJournal of Applied Mathematics, 2012
Generalized solutions of the shallow water equations are obtained. One studies the particular case of a generalized soliton function passing by a variable bottom. We consider a case of discontinuity in bottom depth.
