Method of recurrent analysis for the generalized synchronization regime detection in different classes of dynamical systems [PDF]
Background and Objectives: In this paper we study the possibility of quantitative determination of the boundary of the generalized synchronization regime in unidirectionally and mutually coupled systems with different attractor topologies by means of the

Fractional-Order Virtual Synchronous Generator
In this letter, a novel control scheme is proposed by combining the fractional-order control and the virtual synchronous generator, whereby more degrees of freedom are involved in the controller design. A well-damped power control without oscillations is achieved. At the same time, a significant improvement in the inertial effect is attained.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Generalized synchronization in discrete maps. New point of view on weak and strong synchronization
In the present Letter we show that the concept of the generalized synchronization regime in discrete maps needs refining in the same way as it has been done for the flow systems [PRE, 84 (2011) 037201].

Nanosecond infrared laser (NIRL) low‐volume sampling combined with shotgun lipidomics uncovers distinct lipidome alterations in oropharyngeal squamous cell carcinoma (OPSCC) of the palatine tonsil. Several lipid species consistently differentiate tumor from healthy tissue, highlighting their potential as diagnostic markers.

Method for characteristic phase detection in systems with complex topology of attractor being near the boundary of generalized synchronization [PDF]
The aim of the paper consists in the development of universal method for the detection of characteristic phases of the behavior in systems with complex topology of attractor being in the regime of intermittent generalized synchronization.

Detectability of non-differentiable generalized synchrony
Generalized synchronization of chaos is a type of cooperative behavior in directionally-coupled oscillators that is characterized by existence of stable and persistent functional dependence of response trajectories from the chaotic trajectory of driving ...

Collective Almost Synchronization in Complex Networks [PDF]
This work introduces the phenomenon of Collective Almost Synchronization (CAS), which describes a universal way of how patterns can appear in complex networks even for small coupling strengths.

Unique biological samples, such as site‐specific mutant proteins, are available only in limited quantities. Here, we present a polarization‐resolved transient infrared spectroscopy setup with referencing to improve signal‐to‐noise tailored towards tracing small signals. We provide an overview of characterizing the excitation conditions for polarization‐
