Comparative Analysis of Benchtop NMR and HPLC‐UV for Illicit Drug Mixtures

This study assessed benchtop NMR with Quantum Mechanical Modelling (QMM) for quantifying methamphetamine in binary and ternary mixtures. QMM achieved a root mean square error (RMSE) as low as 1.3 mg/100 mg sample, enabling simultaneous quantification of drugs, adulterants, and impurities.
