The Design and Development of a Dexamethasone‐Tranfersome‐PF‐127/HA Stimuli‐Responsive Hydrogel for Intra‐Articular Therapy in Osteoarthritis

Nano Select, Volume 6, Issue 12, December 2025.
A dexamethasone‐loaded transfersome‐based hydrogel was developed for sustained intra‐articular delivery in osteoarthritis. The system showed nanoscale particles size, high drug loading capacity, and shear‐thinning behavior. It enabled smooth injection, self‐healing, and prolonged drug release for up to 6 weeks.

An adjoint based method for the inversion of the Juno and Cassini gravity measurements into wind fields
