Chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) involving the vulva or vagina has been reported in 15% of fema-les receiving allogeneic peripheral stem cells (1–3). We have, however, been unable to find any reports of genital GVHD in men. Here we describe the case of a man who developed chronic GVHD with severe genital involvement.
