Overweight and obesity are consistently related to the risk of three cancer sites: gallbladder, endometrium, and breast in postmenopausal women [1]. The relative risks are of the order of five for obese individuals as compared to leaner ones for gallbladder and endometrium, and about 1.5 for breast cancer.
