Primary lipogranuloma of male genitalia
Urology, 1988Lipogranulomas developing secondarily in the genitourinary system have been reported rather frequently, but primary lipogranulomas without any past history of etiologically related conditions are rare. We report on 2 cases recently encountered in which tumors were diagnosed as sclerosing lipogranuloma on histopathologic examination.

Gunshot Wounds to the Male Genitalia
The Journal of Trauma: Injury, Infection, and Critical Care, 1995Fifty consecutive cases of gunshot wounds to the male external genitalia were treated by the Tulane University Urology Service at the Medical Center of Louisiana in New Orleans. Fifty percent of the patients had significant associated injuries. Eight anterior urethral injuries were identified, all by retrograde urethrography.

Australasian Journal of Dermatology, 1991SummaryThe extremely rare occurrence of genital tuberculosis affecting the penis, seminal vesicles, epididymides, vas deferens and Cowper's gland is described. Diagnosis was made by demonstration of fragmented acid fast bacilli in the discharge, and caseating epithelioid cell granulomata with Langhan's giant cells detected on histopathology.

Granulomatous disease of male genitalia
Urology, 1976Five cases of granulomatous disease of the male genitalia are presented. Of these, 3 cases involved foreign-body reactions in which some form of hydrocarbon was the causative agent. In the other 2 cases, idiopathic granulomatous processes were found, and this condition may be secondary to endogenous lipoid degenerative processes.
