RADAR: Raman Spectral Analysis Using Deep Learning for Artifact Removal

open access: yesAdvanced Optical Materials, EarlyView.
RADAR is introduced, two lightweight deep learning models for artifact removal, capable of simultaneous denoising and correction of Raman spectra, significantly accelerating high‐quality data acquisition. This work advances Raman spectroscopy as a faster, more reliable tool for chemical analysis, with broad applications in materials science, biomedical

Surface Oxidation of 2D γ‐Indium Sulfide Nanoplatelets and Its Impact on Photoluminescence

open access: yesAdvanced Photonics Research, EarlyView.
Photoluminescence of defective 2D γ‐In2S3 can be modulated after exposure to air or oxygen‐containing ligands. Cryogenic photoluminescence measurements reveal that a new acceptor level is introduced upon oxidation, modulating the relative intensity of the emission bands.

The LDH‐H3K18La‐Nur77 Axis Potentiates Immune Escape in Small Cell Lung Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Lactate from SCLC tumors induces H3K18 lactylation in naïve CD8+ T cells, upregulating Nurr77 and enhancing tonic TCR signaling. This leads to T cell hyporesponsiveness to stimulation, impairing antitumor immunity and reducing immunotherapy efficacy.

Clinical Features, Molecular Biology, and the Metastatic Microenvironment in Lung Cancer Brain Metastases: Implications for Treatment Decisions

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Brain metastases (BM) from lung cancer are aggressive with poor prognosis. This review covers clinical features, diagnosis, early metastasis, and multi‐omics‐elucidated mechanisms, especially the tumor microenvironment of lung cancer with BM. It also discusses preclinical models, signaling pathways, and emerging therapies.
