Surface Oxidation of 2D γ‐Indium Sulfide Nanoplatelets and Its Impact on Photoluminescence
Advanced Photonics Research, EarlyView.Photoluminescence of defective 2D γ‐In2S3 can be modulated after exposure to air or oxygen‐containing ligands. Cryogenic photoluminescence measurements reveal that a new acceptor level is introduced upon oxidation, modulating the relative intensity of the emission bands.
