Phenotypic stability in cassava estimated by the AMMI analysis with supplementary genotypes
Adaptability is the yield response of cassava genotypes to environmental improvement, and stability is the predictability of this response to variations.

Genotype x environment interaction for biometrical traits in pigeonpea (Cajanus cajan L. Millsp.) under varying spacings [PDF]
Twenty eight genotypes of pigeonpea, which includes promising lines as well as randomly selected varietieswere studied for their G X E interaction. The genotypes were sown in a three different environments were madeavailable by three spacings at 60, 90 ...

Modulation of miR‐23b Wnt/β‐catenin Axis Strengthens Endothelial Barrier Properties
Early blood‐brain barrier (BBB) disruption contributes to stroke and CNS disease pathology. miR‐23b was identified as a regulator of BBB integrity in brain endothelial cells. Inhibition of miR‐23b enhanced barrier‐associated properties, promoted repair‐related signaling, and reduced BBB leakage in experimental stroke models, supporting further ...

Genotype x Environment Interaction and Stability Analysis for Grain Yield of Advanced Tef Genotypes using GGE Biplots [PDF]
Selection of the most high-yielding and stable cultivars across environments are difficult because of the complex nature of genotype × environment interactions (G x E interaction).

G3BP1 Succinylation at K413 is Critical for Cardiac Function by Modulating PI3K‐AKT‐mTOR Signal Axis
Schematic illustrating the impact of G3BP1 succinylation at K413 on cardiac function. In the healthy human heart, G3BP1 succinylation maintains homeostatic mTOR signaling. In patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) and heart failure (HF), G3BP1 de‐succinylation induces RagA expression and disrupts the binding of the TSC1/2 complex, leading to the ...

Performance evaluation and yield stability of upland rice (Oryza sativa L.) varieties in Ethiopia
Multi-environment evaluation of genotypes is important to identify the response of genotypes across environments and helps to know which genotypes would be appropriate in which production areas.

The hyperactivation of PI3K/AKT signaling in PTEN wild‐type triple‐negative breast cancer represents a clinical paradox. We delineate a novel post‐translational regulatory axis wherein the oncogene TSPYL5 competitively antagonizes the deubiquitinase USP10.

Redox‐Dependent Chaperoning of GBF1 Condensates Regulates Seed Germination in Arabidopsis
In dormant seeds (low ROS), GBF1 forms liquid condensates to repress the germination gene CathB3, and the chaperone GIP1 maintains condensate liquidity and repressive activity. Upon imbibition (high ROS), ROS oxidize GIP1 during germination, impairing its chaperone function.
