This paper presents five new records of Rauvolfioideae for Paraiba state, northeastern Brazil: Aspidosperma discolor, A. melanocalyx, Macoubea guianensis, Tabernaemontana catharinensis, and T. flavicans, with the genus Macoubea being recorded for the first time in Paraiba state.
