The 4in1 procedure includes lateral release, correction of quadriceps, Roux‐Goldthwait procedure, and medial patello‐femoral ligament (MPFL) reconstruction. Early diagnosis and the 4in1 procedure optimize patellar stability and knee function, preventing long‐term complications.
