Aggressive prostate cancer is associated with pericyte dysfunction
Tumor‐produced TGF‐β drives pericyte dysfunction in prostate cancer. This dysfunction is characterized by downregulation of some canonical pericyte markers (i.e., DES, CSPG4, and ACTA2) while maintaining the expression of others (i.e., PDGFRB, NOTCH3, and RGS5).

ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.

Trait-focused low-cost and stereo-based 3D plant modeling for phenotyping via deep neural detection [PDF]
Phenotyping, the measurement of plants physical traits, plays a pivotal role in advancing sustainable agricultural practices. Therefore, developing efficient, low-cost, means to generate such measures is vital.

THE USE OF LOCATION VARIABLES IN A MIX-ADJUSTED INDEX FOR DUBLIN HOUSE PRICES. ESRI Working Paper No. 138, 2001 [PDF]
The rapid increase in house prices that has occurred in Ireland in recent years has focused attention on the methodology used to measure the change. Traditionally measurement of the change in Irish house prices has been based on an average price compiled

Clinical trials on PARP inhibitors in urothelial carcinoma (UC) showed limited efficacy and a lack of predictive biomarkers. We propose SLFN5, SLFN11, and OAS1 as UC‐specific response predictors. We suggest Talazoparib as the better PARP inhibitor for UC than Olaparib.

Enhancing Rotation Averaging and Global Positioning by an Adaptive Robust Kernel [PDF]
Motion averaging (MA) offers an efficient and mostly linear means for estimating image sets pose and provides a reliable initialization for large-scale structure-from-motion (SfM) pipelines.
