This paper discusses a new model concerning the precipitation mechanismand significance of anhydrite cement in tight sandstone. Anhydrite cement ismainly formed by the dissolution and reprecipitation of early‐diageneticcalcite cements, feldspars and volcanic rock fragments at the mesodiageneticstage.

Pegmatite lithium deposits formed within low-temperature country rocks
The global climate crisis is likely to lead to a potential supply risk of lithium (Li) over the coming decades. More than half of the world’s production of Li is derived from Li-bearing pegmatites.

The present study uses the Modified Mohr‐Coulomb true‐triaxial failure criterion (MMC_TT), which predicts the strength of rock better than the MGC criterion in laboratory true‐triaxial tests to overcome the limitations. Moreover, based on the data from previously published five vertical wells in the Krishna‐Godavari basin (K‐G basin), an empirical ...

Blasting effects of cross‐fault deep‐buried excavation on adjacent existing tunnel stability
Based on the theoretical analysis of cylindrical wave propagation in a deep rock mass in the fault with a filling layer, the calculation method of peak particle velocity caused by wave propagation in the existing tunnel is established. The viscoelastic characteristics of a rock mass are examined in the analysis.
