Brownian Motion in Minkowski Space
We construct a model of Brownian motion in Minkowski space. There are two aspects of the problem. The first is to define a sequence of stopping times associated with the Brownian “kicks” or impulses.

Abstract Objective To evaluate whether scalp oscillatory patterns—particularly scalp fast oscillations (SFOs) (>30 Hz) detected using 256‐channel high‐density EEG (HD‐EEG)—are associated with and can predict surgical outcomes in patients with drug‐resistant temporal lobe epilepsy with hippocampal sclerosis (TLE‐HS) undergoing anterior temporal ...

Geodesics without conjugate points and curvatures at infinity
We study the asymptotic behavior of curvature and prove that the integral of curvature along a geodesic without conjugate points is nonpositive and some generalizations of Myers theorem and Cohn-Vossen's theorem. Some applications are also given.

Multifactorial Screening for Fine‐Scale Selection of CCS Industrial Clusters and Hubs in Brazil
ABSTRACT As Brazil moves toward implementing its decarbonization commitments, carbon capture and storage (CCS) hubs are emerging as a key pathway for large‐scale CO2 abatement in hard‐to‐abate sectors. This paper presents a multifactorial, data‐driven framework to screen and prioritize potential CCS industrial clusters and hubs across Brazilian regions,

Abstract Background Differences in Frontal Alpha Asymmetry (FAA), derived from the electroencephalogram (EEG), have been associated with approach‐withdrawal behavior, although inconsistently. The current study examined how early patterns of FAA during the first 2 years of life relate to various socioemotional characteristics (at 2 years) and ultimately

ABSTRACT Background The availability of fertile land suitable for agriculture is limited. In the European Union, political demand for self‐sufficiency in staple food production currently competes with increasing ambitions for nature restoration and green energy. Meanwhile, the overall agricultural area shrinks due to land sealing.

A Geodesic-Based Riemannian Gradient Approach to Averaging on the Lorentz Group
In this paper, we propose an efficient algorithm to solve the averaging problem on the Lorentz group O ( n , k ) . Firstly, we introduce the geometric structures of O ( n , k ) endowed with a Riemannian metric where geodesic could be ...

On Non‐Compact Extended Bach Solitons
ABSTRACT We study the characterization of non‐compact solitons of the extended Bach flow, known as an extended Bach soliton. We prove that a weakly conformally flat extended Bach soliton (Mn,g,V)$(M^n,g,V)$ with harmonic Weyl tensor is Bach‐flat and the potential vector field V$V$ is conformal.
