Invariant Measure and Universality of the 2D Yang–Mills Langevin Dynamic
ABSTRACT We prove that the Yang–Mills (YM) measure for the trivial principal bundle over the two‐dimensional torus, with any connected, compact structure group, is invariant for the associated renormalised Langevin dynamic. Our argument relies on a combination of regularity structures, lattice gauge‐fixing and Bourgain's method for invariant measures ...

Brownian Motion in Minkowski Space
We construct a model of Brownian motion in Minkowski space. There are two aspects of the problem. The first is to define a sequence of stopping times associated with the Brownian “kicks” or impulses.

The Superluminal Phenomenon of Light Near the Kerr–Newman Black Hole or Super-Gravitational Source
We use the Kerr–Newman metric based on the theory of general relativity to discuss the observed superluminal phenomenon of light near the black hole and whether it is observable astronomically at infinity or a weak gravitational place such as on Earth ...

On the equidistribution of totally geodesic submanifolds in compact locally symmetric spaces and application to boundedness results for negative curves and exceptional divisors [PDF]
We prove an equidistribution result for totally geodesic submanifolds in a compact locally symmetric space. In the case of Hermitian locally symmetric spaces, this gives a convergence theorem for currents of integration along totally geodesic ...

Multifactorial Screening for Fine‐Scale Selection of CCS Industrial Clusters and Hubs in Brazil
ABSTRACT As Brazil moves toward implementing its decarbonization commitments, carbon capture and storage (CCS) hubs are emerging as a key pathway for large‐scale CO2 abatement in hard‐to‐abate sectors. This paper presents a multifactorial, data‐driven framework to screen and prioritize potential CCS industrial clusters and hubs across Brazilian regions,

Abstract Background Differences in Frontal Alpha Asymmetry (FAA), derived from the electroencephalogram (EEG), have been associated with approach‐withdrawal behavior, although inconsistently. The current study examined how early patterns of FAA during the first 2 years of life relate to various socioemotional characteristics (at 2 years) and ultimately

Geodesics without conjugate points and curvatures at infinity
We study the asymptotic behavior of curvature and prove that the integral of curvature along a geodesic without conjugate points is nonpositive and some generalizations of Myers theorem and Cohn-Vossen's theorem. Some applications are also given.

Efficient molecular dynamics using geodesic integration and solvent–solute splitting
We present an approach to Langevin dynamics in the presence of holonomic constraints based on decomposition of the system into components representing geodesic flow, constrained impulse and constrained diffusion. We show that a particular ordering of the

Abstract Understanding a population's distribution depends on observing the presence and movement of individuals throughout their range. For highly mobile marine species, these observations typically rely on high effort monitoring programs. Tracking enough individuals to understand trends in movement behavior is not always logistically feasible, and ...
