Sub‐Terahertz Memristor Switches Using MoS2 by Liquid–Liquid Interface Assembly
Advanced Science, EarlyView.This work introduces application‐ready sub‐terahertz memristor switches fabricated from electrochemically exfoliated MoS2 nanosheets assembled at a liquid–liquid interface.
