Georadar in the Lateran Area

2016
The Basilica of S. Giovanni in Laterano (St. John Lateran) is the Pope's Cathedral and the first public building constructed for Christian worship. Alongside it lies the first Baptistery in western Christendom. The complex has been the focus of sundry excavations since the 1730s.

Resistivity and Georadar Survey on the Nazca Lines

Proceedings, 2012
The investigation of shallow structures beneath the Nazca lines aims at a better understanding of the alteration and weathering processes of the desert soils. Suitable geophysical, mineralogical, geochemical, and geotechnical methods should be identified.

The Sampler of the Videopulse Georadar

2017
The given work is devoted to the theoretical analysis of noise characteristics and distortions of the sampler with the bandwidth 1 GHz and sensitivity 1 mV made according to the bridge diode circuit. The results of test measurements of the sampler working setup are given in the work.

GeoRadar

2009

Monitoring of a water well field by georadar

56th EAEG Meeting, 1994
Georadar has been successful in detecting sudden steps in the water table which are created by thin, steeply inclined clay layers in push moraines in the Netherlands (Van Overmeeren, 1993). An example is shown in the georadar section of Figure 1, where an abrupt offset of 30 ns in the observed water-table reflector. (Fig.

Einsatz des Georadars im Ingenieurbau

1990
