2D/2D MOF‐Based S‐Scheme Photocatalyst for Enhanced H2 Production and Charge Transfer

open access: yesEcoEnergy, EarlyView.
An ultrathin 2D/2D MOF‐based S‐scheme heterojunction is constructed via pH‐mediated electrostatic self‐assembly, generating a built‐in electric field that accelerates interfacial charge separation while preserving strong redox potentials. This design enables highly efficient cocatalyst‐free photocatalytic hydrogen evolution.

Geodiversity is an inseparable but underutilized aspect of ecological connectivity assessments under climate change

open access: yesEcography, EarlyView.
Conservation has shifted towards a climate change adaptation approach in which expected species range shifts are increasingly considered to mitigate effects of climate change and habitat fragmentation on biodiversity. As part of this, ecological connectivity needs to be ensured to support gene flow and viable populations in the face of changing ...

Co‐Firing Slow Solidification Process for Growing Indium‐Doped Cs3Cu2I5 Single Crystals With Record‐Breaking X‐Ray Detection Performance

open access: yesENERGY &ENVIRONMENTAL MATERIALS, EarlyView.
A novel brand‐new co‐firing slow solidification process has been used to prepare Cs3Cu2I5: In single crystals (SCs), which demonstrate record‐breaking X‐ray detection performance. The regular‐shaped Cs3Cu2I5: In wafer obtains a high light yield (74 368 Ph MeV−1), which is the highest related to indium‐doped Cu‐based perovskites.
