Pathological tissue rigidity mechanoprimes microglia by enhancing actin cytoskeleton–nucleus coupling and chromatin opening at rigidity‐responsive cis‐regulatory elements (mechanoCREs). Subsequent NF‐κB/p65 signaling converges on this permissive regulatory state to amplify inflammatory gene expression and microglial activation.

RBM25 Drives Hepatocellular Carcinoma Progression by Stabilizing YAP Through Regulating Oncogenic Splicing‐switch of MYPT1

This study establishes that the RBM25‐PRPF40A interaction modulates MYPT1 splicing, promoting the production of the oncogenic long isoform. This isoform stabilizes YAP by suppressing its phosphorylation and subsequent proteasomal degradation, ultimately accelerating tumor growth.

Palaeoproteomic Deconvolution of Physical and Genetic Collagen Mixtures

ClassiCOL_v2 uses a novel “peptide patching” framework that treats any collagen sample as a patchwork of peptide sequences derived from phylogenetically related species. PLOD1 Catalytic Activity Stabilizes ENO1 by Limiting FBXW7‐dependent Degradation to Promote Glycolysis and TMZ Resistance in Glioblastoma

PLOD1 interacts with ENO1 and limits its FBXW7‐dependent ubiquitination and proteasomal degradation through a mechanism requiring PLOD1 catalytic activity. ENO1 stabilization sustains glycolysis, promoting glioblastoma cell proliferation, migration, and temozolomide resistance.
