Rising temperatures are among the most predictable outcomes of climate change, and cacti are particularly vulnerable at the germination stage. We tested seeds of ten Cuban Leptocereus species from coastal and inland habitats under five temperature ...

Unveiling a Stable Polysulfide Transport Framework in a Fluorine‐Free Li‐S Batteries
This work unveils a lithium thiophosphate reaction pathway activated by trigger P2S5 units, which initiate fast self‐assembly and shift the system away from conventional Li‐S reactions. The reversible Li‐P‐S framework delivers stability, safety, and high energy density, while enabling a distinct solid‐liquid hybrid electrochemical mode that provides a ...

Sprout Test of Seven Types of Sumatran and Javan Rice with the Addition of Liquid Organic Fertilizer
Rice productivity in Indonesia has declined due to a decrease in land area between 2018 and 2019. Another issue with rice seed dormancy is a reduction in productivity. Liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) is one way to overcome seed dormancy.

Root lodging severely limits crop yield and quality. We reveal that ZmRLR1, a plasma membrane b‐type cytochrome, regulates lodging resistance in maize through dual roles: modulating intracellular redox balance and functioning as a novel component of clathrin‐mediated endocytosis to influence auxin homeostasis. Moreover, natural variations in the ZmRLR1

Seed germination and in vitro regeneration of the African medicinal and pesticidal plant, Bobgunnia madagascariensis [PDF]
Propagation of the medicinal and pesticidal tree, Bobgunnia madagascarensis is difficult due to poor and erratic germination of its seeds and slow growth of its seedlings. This study involved two separate experiments.

SAGE is a unified framework for spatial domain identification in spatial transcriptomics that jointly models tissue architecture and gene programs. Topic‐driven gene selection (NMF plus classifier‐based scoring) highlights spatially informative genes, while dual‐view graph embedding fuses local expression and non‐local functional relations.

A cascade‐responsive MXene@Cu‐MOF/GelMA hydrogel is engineered as a “skeleton–backpack” platform for extensive tracheal repair. The MXene framework scavenges postoperative ROS and converts NIR light into mild hyperthermia, while the Cu‐MOF component provides pH/NIR‐responsive Cu2+ dosing for infection control, angiogenesis, and chondrogenesis.
