Gynecologic Oncology, 1980Abstract A case of gestational choriocarcinoma of the ovary in which Spiegelberg's criteria are met is presented. The primacy of such a lesion is discussed. The distinction between nongestational and gestational ovarian choriocarcinoma is described.

Cutaneous metastasis of gestational choriocarcinoma
International Journal of Gynecology & Obstetrics, 2002A 40-year-old woman presented with subcutaneous masses on her chest wall, abnormal vaginal bleeding and an enlarged uterus. Gestational choriocarcinoma in a tubal ectopic pregnancy
Acta Obstetricia et Gynecologica Scandinavica, 1992A case is reported of a gestational choriocarcinoma arising in a tubal ectopic pregnancy of 7 weeks' gestation. Unilateral salpingectomy and single‐agent actinomycin‐D chemotherapy achieved a cure. A follow‐up 4 years later revealed no evidence of recurrence, with two normal births within that period.

Metastatic gestational choriocarcinoma: Two cases
Annals of Emergency Medicine, 1988Gestational choriocarcinoma is a rare, aggressive cancer of post-partum women. It metastasizes rapidly and can initially appear with involvement of the gastrointestinal, respiratory, genitourinary, or central nervous systems. Some reported cases show only metastatic foci with apparent spontaneous resolution of the primary site.
