The Prohibition of Approach in Child‐To‐Parent Violence: Between the Protection of the Victim and the Preservation of the Family Bond

Through a bibliographic review and a qualitative case‐study analysis, the paradox between the protection of victimised parents and the preservation of the family bond is examined.

Abstract Noncompliance regularly undermines the effectiveness of marine protected areas (MPAs) worldwide. The reasons for and drivers of noncompliance depend on the context (e.g., insufficient funding, capacity, neocolonialism, historical conflict), but the prevalent solution offered to curtail noncompliance tends to be more or better enforcement.

Forest Guardians: The Role of Dense Forests and Water Networks in Supporting Lowland Tapir (Tapirus terrestris) Populations in the Orinoquia Region of Colombia
