Enzyme Controlled Transient Phospholipid Vesicles for Regulated Cargo Release
We describe the in situ formation of a phospholipid and its chemical energy driven assembly into transient vesicles. Our synthetic phospholipid vesicles, which are uniform and 65 nm in diameter, were obtained by a metabolism‐like process i.e., formation by simply mixing the precursors and simultaneous degradation by an enzyme.
