Liquid biopsy epigenetics: establishing a molecular profile based on cell‐free DNA
Cell‐free DNA (cfDNA) fragments in plasma from cancer patients carry epigenetic signatures reflecting their cells of origin. These epigenetic features include DNA methylation, nucleosome modifications, and variations in fragmentation. This review describes the biological properties of each feature and explores optimal strategies for harnessing cfDNA ...

In this paper, the hand gesture of a person is recognised and it identifies which hand of the person is raised. The skin colour is taken to recognise hands and face and the dark background is taken so that the skin detection may become easier. The hands and face are differentiated on the basis of area and centroid.

Gestures are a major form of human communication. Hence gestures are found to be an appealing way to interact with computers, as they are already a natural part of how we communicate. A primary goal of gesture recognition is to create a system which can identify specific human gestures and use them to convey information for device control and by ...

Strength through diversity: how cancers thrive when clones cooperate
Intratumor heterogeneity can offer direct benefits to the tumor through cooperation between different clones. In this review, Kuiken et al. discuss existing evidence for clonal cooperativity to identify overarching principles, and highlight how novel technological developments could address remaining open questions.
