Gevrey regularity and analyticity for the modified Camassa–Holm equation [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Nonlinear Mathematical Physics, 2022
AbstractThis paper deals with the analyticity and Gevrey regularity for the Cauchy problem of a modified Camassa–Holm (mCH) equation in Sobolev–Gevrey space $$G_{r,s}^\delta$$ G r , s δ

Existence, Gevrey regularity, and decay properties of solutions to Active models in critical spaces

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, 2022
In this paper, we provide some mathematical results to models of phase separation of self-propelled particles. More precisely, we show the existence of a unique global in-time solution, Gevrey regularity, and decay properties with small initial data in ...

Fractional derivative estimates in Gevrey spaces, global regularity and decay for solutions to semilinear equations in Rn

open access: yesJournal of Differential Equations, 2003
We propose a unified functional analytic approach to study the uniform analytic-Gevrey regularity and the decay of solutions to semilinear elliptic equations on Rn.

Analyticity and Gevrey Regularity

1998
Abstract The aim of this chapter is to describe some properties concerning high order regularities in the Euler equation. The two principal theorems we will prove here concern the regularity in time of the flow of a solution of the Euler system (E). They are: Theorem 8.1.1 Let r be a real number, strictly greater than 1.

On the Gevrey regularity of solutions to the 3D ideal MHD equations

open access: yesDiscrete and Continuous Dynamical Systems, 2019
In this paper, similar to the incompressible Euler equation, we prove the propagation of the Gevrey regularity of solutions to the three-dimensional incompressible ideal magnetohydrodynamics (MHD) equations. We also obtain an uniform estimate of Gevery radius for the solution of MHD equation.

Gevrey Regularity for Nonlinear Analytic Parabolic Equations on the Sphere

Journal of Dynamics and Differential Equations, 2000
The authors considered the regularity of solutions to a large class of analytic nonlinear parabolic equations on the two-dimensional sphere \(S\) \[ u_t+ \nu Au+ F(u,\nabla u)= 0,\quad t>0,\quad u(0,x)= u^0, \] and in particular showed that these solutions belong to a certain Gevrey class of functions, which is a subset of the set of analytic solutions.

A SHORT NOTE ON THE EXTENDED GEVREY REGULARITY

Mathematics in Engineering: Theory and Applications
In this paper we give an overview of the results concerning extended Gevrey classes. They are studied in detail by the author and his collaborators in the series of papers. Here we present an equivalent definition of such classes, recall some of their properties and briefly discuss some applications.
