A Photothermal‐Responsive PRP‐Loaded Hydrogel Engineered With Composite Nanobottle for Controllable Delivery of Growth Factors and Multifunctional Therapy of Diabetic Wounds

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A photothermal‐responsive engineered platelet‐rich plasma hydrogel (CNB‐ePRP) incorporated with thrombin‐functionalized composite nanobottle was developed, which enables in situ PRP activation, on‐demand growth factor release, multifunctionality, and personalized antimicrobial loading for treatment of diabetic wounds. The CNB‐ePRP hydrogel demonstrated

KMT2C Loss Promotes NF2‐Wildtype Meningioma Progression and Ferroptosis Sensitivity via Epigenetic Repression of Hippo Signaling

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
In NF2–wild‐type meningiomas, loss of the epigenetic regulator KMT2C suppresses NF2 transcription and inactivates Hippo signaling, driving tumor progression and increasing ferroptosis sensitivity. Restoration of histone acetylation reverses these effects and inhibits tumor growth, identifying KMT2C as a key regulator linking epigenetic control, NF2 ...

Nanomedicine Meets Immunotherapy: Advancing Adoptive Cell Therapy with Nanoparticles in the Treatment of Cancer with Sustainability Perspectives

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This review surveys nanoparticle‐based strategies to enhance adoptive cell therapy, particularly CAR‐T cell approaches, in solid tumor treatment. It describes how nanoparticles can improve tumor immunogenicity and T‐cell infiltration while reducing toxicity, and how they enable in vivo CAR‐T cell generation.

A Rational Optimization Approach for the Development of a Multiplexed Lateral Flow Immunoassay: Detection of Nonepithelial Ovarian Cancer Markers in Human Serum

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study outlines the developmental pipeline of a multiplexed nanozyme‐based lateral flow immunoassay for the purpose of ovarian germ cell tumor detection. It demonstrates the application of a design of experiments optimization approach for nanozyme probe conjugate development.

On Forbidden Minors for GF(3)

Proceedings of the American Mathematical Society, 1988
Summary: A new, surprisingly simple proof is given of the finiteness of the set of matroids minor-minimally not representable over GF(3). It is, in fact, proved that every such matroid has rank or corank at most 3.

Linearly independent helix transforms over GF(3)

The 2004 IEEE Asia-Pacific Conference on Circuits and Systems, 2004. Proceedings., 2005
New classes of linearly independent ternary transforms over Galois Field (3) called linearly independent helix transforms are introduced here. Four types of such helix transform matrices with detailed recursive equations are described. Various properties of helix transform matrices, their mutual relations and special cases for selected temary logic ...

Affine Spaces over GF(3)

Studia Logica, 2002
For an algebra \textbf{A}, \(p_n({\mathbf A})\) denotes the number of essentially \(n\)-ary term functions over \textbf{A}. It was shown by \textit{G. Grätzer} and \textit{R. Padmanabhan} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 28, 75-80 (1971; Zbl 0215.34501)] that an algebra \textbf{A} is a nontrivial affine space over GF(3) if and only if \(p_n({\mathbf A})=(2^n-(-1)^
