A Groove Wedge Tightness Detection Method Based on the Mixed Characteristics of MFCC and GFCC
2024 Asia-Pacific Conference on Image Processing, Electronics and Computers (IPEC)Traditional generator maintenance requires the rotor to be overhauled, which is time-consuming, costly, and inefficient. In this paper, a sound signal classification algorithm for wedge tightness based on the mixed characteristics of Mel frequency ...

Robust Speaker Verification Using GFCC Based i-Vectors
2016This paper presents to ameliorate the performance of text-independent speaker recognition system in a noisy environment and cross-channel recordings of the utterances. In this paper presents the combination of Gammatone Frequency Cepstral Coefficients (GFCC) to handle noisy environment with i-vectors to handle the session variability.

Efficient text independent speaker identification based on GFCC and CMN methods
2012 International Conference on Multimedia Computing and Systems, 2012The performance of automatic speaker identification systems degrade drastically in the presence of noise and other distortions, especially when there is a noise level mismatch between the training and testing environments. In this experimental research we have studied a recently robust front-end algorithm based on Gammatone Frequency Cepstral ...

Speech Recognition Algorithm Based on Nonlinear Partition and GFCC Features
Applied Mechanics and Materials, 2014In order to speed up and enhance the robustness of speech recognition system, this paper proposes a speech recognition algorithm based on segment-level features of GFCC. In training and testing stage we use segment-level features of GFCC which is more robust to noise instead of the widely used MFCC features.

We report the 1.9 Å resolution crystal structure of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli GfcC, a periplasmic protein encoded by the gfc operon, which is essential for assembly of group 4 polysaccharide capsule (O-antigen capsule). Presumed gene orthologs of gfcC are present in capsule-encoding regions of at least 29 genera of Gram-negative bacteria. GfcC,

Antagonists of the B7 family of co-stimulatory molecules have the potential for altering immune responses therapeutically. To better define the requirements for such inhibitors, we have mapped the binding of an entire panel of blocking antibodies specific for human B7.1.
