Dissipation in the Generalized Gibbs Ensemble
In this work, we show that the dissipation in a many-body system under an arbitrary non-equilibrium process is related to the R\'{e}nyi divergences between two states along the forward and reversed dynamics under very general family of initial conditions.

Reforming Export Control Regimes: Addressing Emerging Technologies Through Responsible Innovation
ABSTRACT The proliferation of dual‐use emerging technologies—such as artificial intelligence (AI), quantum computing, and additive manufacturing—poses a growing challenge for multilateral export control regimes. Designed for tangible goods and slower innovation cycles, existing arrangements increasingly struggle to govern technologies that are ...

Status epilepticus in patients with genetic generalized epilepsy: a case series study
Background Genetic generalized epilepsy (GGE) accounts for nearly one-third of all epilepsies. The feature of status epilepticus (SE) in patients with GGE has been rarely studied.

Relaxation dynamics of an exactly solvable electron-phonon model
We address the question whether observables of an exactly solvable model of electrons coupled to (optical) phonons relax into large time stationary state values and investigate if the asymptotic expectation values can be computed using a stationary ...

Quench action approach for releasing the N\'eel state into the spin-1/2 XXZ chain
The steady state after a quantum quench from the N\'eel state to the anisotropic Heisenberg model for spin chains is investigated. Two methods that aim to describe the postquench non-thermal equilibrium, the generalized Gibbs ensemble and the quench ...

Abstract One of the most common problems in the expansion of a company consists of deciding the most appropriate locations for their facilities. This decision problem, known as the facility location problem, has been studied from different perspectives, considering a number of different constraints.

Genetic generalised epilepsy (GGE) is the most common form of genetic epilepsy, accounting for 20% of all epilepsies. Genomic copy number variations (CNVs) constitute important genetic risk factors of common GGE syndromes.
