Journal of Oral Pathology and Medicine, 2004 A case of odontogenic ghost cell tumour (OGCT) with clear cell components was encountered in the mandible of a 63‐year‐old man. The tumour revealed ameloblastomatous‐type epithelial components accompanied by clusters of ghost cells and dentinoid juxtaposed to the odontogenic epithelium.
