ABSTRACT Intraoperatively, in a patient with a history of macroadenoma, the cavernous segment of the internal carotid artery was injured. CTA revealed a dissecting pseudoaneurysm at the carotid bifurcation. This case illustrates a fulminant form of DIPH occurring within days of FD deployment.

Use of Fibrin Sealant Combined With Demineralized Freeze‐Dried Bone Allograft in the Management of a Recurrent Mandibular Aneurysmal Bone Cyst: A Case Report

ABSTRACT Recurrent aneurysmal bone cysts of the jaw present significant therapeutic challenges. This case suggests that fibrin sealant combined with demineralized freeze‐dried bone allograft, as an adjunct to curettage, may offer a conservative option in selected young patients after failure of conventional therapies. Further studies are needed.

Giant Coronary Aneurysms

JACC: Case Reports
We report the case of a woman in her 20s presenting with 1 year of intermittent chest pain and exertional dyspnea found to have multiple giant coronary aneurysms. The largest aneurysm was found to be 7.2 × 5.2 cm in the left anterior descending artery.
