The contemporary management of prostate cancer
Abstract Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in two thirds of the world, with an expected doubling in both incidence and mortality in the next two decades. No strong environmental associations exist for the development of prostate cancer; therefore, lifestyle measures are unlikely to mitigate this increasing burden.

Cytology‐Radiology Correlation Series: Thyroid cytopathology
Abstract Thyroid ultrasound is typically the first step in the workup of thyroid nodules. Ultrasonographic features of thyroid nodules can be used to evaluate their risk of malignancy using risk stratification systems to determine whether a nodule is suspicious enough to warrant a more invasive fine‐needle aspiration (FNA) for further evaluation.

Additional Cytomorphological Criteria in Diagnosis of Pilomatricoma – Benign Tumor with Bad Reputation [PDF]
Pilomatricomas (PM) are benign skin appendageal tumors, with differentiation towards hair-forming cells, usually found in children. They are frequently misdiagnosed by clinicians, and there are also many reports of false positive diagnoses made on fine ...

Macrophages: Subtypes, Distribution, Polarization, Immunomodulatory Functions, and Therapeutics
Macrophages originate from the yolk sac, fetal liver, and bone marrow, differentiating into two main subtypes: M1‐like (proinflammatory) and M2‐like (anti‐inflammatory). These subtypes exhibit high plasticity, allowing them to transform in response to environmental cues or therapeutic interventions.

Abstract Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer‐related death globally. To better understand the biology of lung cancer, mouse models have been developed using either tail vein‐injected tumour cell lines or genetically modified mice. The current gold‐standard models typically present with multiple lung foci.

Abstract Mucinous cystic neoplasms (MCNs) of the pancreas are macroscopic precursors of pancreatic cancer. A similar cystic lesion but lacking the ovarian‐type subepithelial stroma has been recently defined as a simple mucinous cyst (SMC); however, its nature remains unclear. This study aims to define the clinicopathological and molecular profiles of a

Objective To investigate the expression patterns of Nectin‐4, the target molecule of the antibody‐drug conjugate enfortumab vedotin (EV), in relation to histological and molecular subtypes of urothelial bladder cancer (UBC). Patients and Methods We assessed the protein expression patterns of Nectin‐4 in a spatially organised tissue microarray ...
