光和温度都是保障植物正常生长的极其重要的因素。植物为适应各种复杂多变的外界环境,已经进化出一套能够感应光和温度变化,并由此激发一系列的适应性反应机制。当植物种植过于密集而造成遮荫时,喜阳植物拟南芥会感应到光强以及红光:远红光的比例(R:FR)的下降,表现叶柄和下胚轴的快速生长,叶片偏下性生长的增强,以及叶绿素含量降低等变化,称为避荫综合症(ShadeAvoidanceSyndrome,SAS),使其逃离遮荫环境来竞争有限的光资源。同样,当环境温度升高时候(29℃),拟南芥也能感受到这样细微的变化 ...
