Gaoya dianqi, 2019 介绍了过江河隧道及大城市市区综合管廊中高压/特高压GIL的特殊运行环境及要求,总结了GIL常见的运行故障,从绝缘、密封、电接触、母线及外壳支撑等方面分述了GIL可靠性结构设计要求及方案;从方便现场拆装、特性监测、寻找处理故障等方面分述了GIL的适用性设计要领,提出了长线GIL设置封闭式隔离开关分段运行理念以及局放监测系统的可靠性设计理念和应用设计理念。为确保GIL运行可靠性文中还特别强调了制造质量监控的重要性,为GIL的设计、制造和运行提供有益的借鉴。

Dianci bileiqi, 2019 为了解决一起500 kV GIL三支柱绝缘子炸裂故障,对故障GIL开展现场检查、返厂解体、应力仿真计算、缺陷模拟研究,采用同站运行的GIL单元为试品,开展GIL整体和关键部件工频耐压局放测试分析。研究结果表明:GIL三支柱绝缘子炸裂原因为三支柱绝缘子低电位金属嵌件与环氧树脂交界面存在小间隙,在运行过程中,小间隙逐渐劣化,导致交界面电场畸变,从局放异常发展为三支柱绝缘子炸裂。最后结合GIL三支柱绝缘子炸裂原因和三支柱绝缘子生产工艺流程提出了预防性的措施,为后续工程GIL生产运维提供借鉴。
