Ricci-flat graphs with girth four [PDF]
Lin-Lu-Yau introduced an interesting notion of Ricci curvature for graphs and obtained a complete characterization for all Ricci-flat graphs with girth at least five [1]. In this paper, we propose a concrete approach to construct an infinite family of distinct Ricci-flat graphs of girth four with edge-disjoint 4-cycles and completely characterize all ...

Higher dimensional Moore bounds [PDF]
We prove upper bounds on the face numbers of simplicial complexes in terms on their girths, in analogy with the Moore bound from graph theory. Our definition of girth generalizes the usual definition for graphs.

Domination number of cubic graphs with large girth [PDF]
We show that every n-vertex cubic graph with girth at least g have domination number at most 0.299871n+O(n/g)<3n/10+O(n/g).

On the odd girth and the circular chromatic number of generalized Petersen graphs [PDF]
A class of simple graphs such as ${\cal G}$ is said to be {\it odd-girth-closed} if for any positive integer $g$ there exists a graph $G \in {\cal G}$ such that the odd-girth of $G$ is greater than or equal to $g$. An odd-girth-closed class of graphs ${\cal G}$ is said to be {\it odd-pentagonal} if there exists a positive integer $g^*$ depending on ...

Abstract Background Sycamore tree‐derived hypoglycin A (HGA) toxin causes atypical myopathy (AM), an acute, equine pasture‐associated rhabdomyolysis but incidence fluctuates. Objectives Investigate whether tree or environmental factors influence HGA concentration in sycamore material and are associated with AM relative risk.

Minimising feeding behaviour interference: A hay‐shaker device to assess dust exposure in horses
Abstract Background Organic dust from hay is a primary trigger of equine asthma. Objectives (1) To introduce a novel hay‐shaker (HS) device for standardised hay dust generation, enabling simultaneous measurements of various particulate matter (PM) size fractions.

Horse Ammunition. From the History of a Saddle
Introduction. Horse ammunition was formed historically on a large geographical area. The most important component of it is a saddle. The ancient history of a saddle is not sufficiently investigated.
