Finding Long Cycles in Percolated Expander Graphs

open access: yesRandom Structures &Algorithms, Volume 68, Issue 3, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Given a graph G$$ G $$, the percolated graph Gp$$ {G}_p $$ is formed by retaining each edge independently with probability p$$ p $$. Collares, Diskin, Erde, and Krivelevich initiated the study of large structures in percolated single‐scale vertex‐expander graphs, wherein every set of exactly k$$ k $$ vertices of G$$ G $$ has at least dk$$ dk $$

Multimodal Physiotherapy Following Patellar Stabilization Surgery in Five Small‐Breed Dogs: A Case Series

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 3, May 2026.
Five small‐breed dogs undergoing surgery for medial patellar luxation received a structured 4‐week multimodal physiotherapy programme. Rehabilitation improved quadriceps muscle mass, stifle joint mobility, gait function and reduced lameness. Benefits were maintained at 1‐month follow‐up.

Synbiotics are Better Than Probiotics and Prebiotics for Use as Nutrition in Growing Rabbits

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 3, May 2026.
This study demonstrates that synbiotic significantly enhances growth performance and nutrient digestibility in growing rabbits. The synbiotic approach improves feed conversion and skeletal development while lowering serum cholesterol and modulating immune cell counts.

Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms of Growth Hormone and Insulin‐Like Growth Factor‐1 Genes and Their Association With Growth Traits of Goats: A Systematic Review

open access: yesVeterinary Medicine and Science, Volume 12, Issue 3, May 2026.
This study found that insulin‐like growth factor‐1 (IGF‐1) and growth hormone (GH) genes were vital for animal growth and might be used as a potential molecular marker for the genetic improvement of growth traits in goats. Four of the articles found an association between GH genotypes and BW.

Girth-regular and edge-girth-regular graphs

open access: yes, 2019
Magistrska naloga obravnava ožinsko-regularne in povezavno-ožinsko-regularne grafe. Podpis vozlišča u v grafu je k-terica celih števil, urejenih po velikosti od najmanjšega do največjega, kjer vsako število predstavlja število ožinskih ciklov, v katerih je vsebovana posamezna povezava, incidenčna z u.

Cardiac arrhythmia prevalence and risk factors in 24‐h electrocardiograms of sedentary horses

open access: yesEquine Veterinary Journal, Volume 58, Issue 3, Page 718-727, May 2026.
Abstract Background Cardiac arrhythmias are common in horses, but their clinical relevance remains controversial. Objectives To describe prevalence and identify risk factors for arrhythmias that may warrant additional screening in a sedentary mixed‐breed population of horses. Study Design Prospective cross‐sectional.

An Angler‐Friendly AI Pipeline for Self‐Reporting and Automatic Catch Analysis in Recreational Fisheries

open access: yesFish and Fisheries, Volume 27, Issue 3, Page 627-642, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Monitoring recreational fisheries is difficult: anglers are widely dispersed, gear and practices vary, and many species are involved, which leads to fragmented and scarce data. To address these issues, we developed an Artificial Intelligence (AI) pipeline that turns angler‐reported photos into standardised records of catch composition and ...

Subjective Evaluation of Female Adult Body Fat Distribution: A Scoping Review

open access: yesObesity Reviews, Volume 27, Issue 5, May 2026.
ABSTRACT Body fat distribution is a key indicator of obesity‐related disease risk, often assessed through objective anthropometric measurements. However, objective implementation at scale is limited by measurement variability, cost, and anthropometrist skill.
