X射线影像识别技术在GIS缺陷诊断中的作用

变电站地基下沉容易导致GIS内部导体结构发生变化,GIS设备导体的倾斜会引发设备故障。为了检测GIS设备导体的倾斜状态,针对某220 kV变电站出现的地基下沉问题,文中首先采用局部放电方法检测GIS设备内部结构是否存在故障问题,然后采用X射线数字成像技术对GIS设备导体进行X射线检测,利用GIS典型缺陷图像自动识别技术对得到的影像进行分类识别,从而确定了不同区域导体的倾斜状态,同时检测结果可以为变电站下一步的地基处理提供准确的理论依据。

随着GIS应用的日益广泛,其安全运行对整个电力系统的意义愈加重要,因而需要加强对其故障检测的研究。笔者通过对一起110 k V GIS设备的故障检测实例分析,综合运用各种故障检测方法,快速、准确地检测出了故障点,证明了提出的GIS设备的故障判断步骤的正确性,对提高GIS设备的检修效率和设备利用率具有重要意义。
