Triggering SORL1 Expression Restricts ccRCC Progression by Inducing Ubiquitination‐Mediated c‐Myc Degradation

Targeted triggering of SORL1 expression through a novel MPOC delivery system could inhibit ccRCC progression through binding to TRIM22 and further promoting ubiquitination‐mediated C‐MYC degradation, thereby facilitating the inhibition of oxidative phosphorylation through transcriptional repression of ACO2 and IDH2.

Summary Ipomoea pandurata is a Morning Glory from North America which develops a large storage root. There is much uncertainty about its discovery before its formal description in the middle of the 18th century. Originally described as a Convolvulus, almost a hundred years passed before its recognition as a species of Ipomoea.

GSK3α‐mediated regulation of the RNA demethylase fat mass and obesity‐associated protein (FTO) during murine spermatogenesis

FTO regulates mRNA stability and translational efficiency through its m6A‐demethylation activity. GSK3 functions as an upstream regulator of FTO, leading to its inhibition via phosphorylation. In male germ cells, FTO activity is kept in check by GSK3α.
