On the Countable Meaning of the Glagolitic script
Previous attempts to discover any links of the Glagolitic symbols with the Germanic runes, the Ethiopian, Coptic, Gothic, Arabic scripts, or with the Greek minuscule writing have not lead to any results. But at the same time, it is obvious that Glagolitic signs did not appear accidentally.

This paper provides an overview of the most significant research on Slavonian Glagolitic to date, which is ready to testify, through both primary (scriptural) and secondary (historiographical) sources, that the area of present-day Slavonia was Glagolitic during the Middle Ages, and that Glagolitic practice continued into the Early Modern period.
